Under the terms of the agreement, both Megadyne and Ethicon will offer customers a broadened variety of energy solutions across multiple energy platforms, simplifying inventory management, as well as offering increased value through flexible contracting solutions, capital trade-out programs, product and supplier standardization, and environmentally friendly solutions. The combined portfolio will include monopolar and standard bipolar solutions from Megadyne and advanced bipolar and ultrasonic energy solutions from Ethicon.
