Cross Up 8409 is a multilevel self-loading stretcher with detachable stretcher that can be used as a field stretcher for recovering casualties where normal stretchers cannot reach, thanks to the telescopic handles that provide a secure grip and facilitate patient lifting. It can accommodate a spine board between stretcher and trolley to save space on the emergency vehicle.
