The innovative Medi-Key is a waterproof keyboard manufactured using hypo-allergenic, latex-free, silicone rubber, and is coated to provide excellent mechanical and chemical resistance to chlorine and alcohol-based disinfectants and cleaners. For further protection against cross-contamination, a silver ion-based, inorganic antibacterial agent can be applied to the keyboard.

Available as a wired or wireless keyboard, the Medi-Key can be specified with backlit illuminated keys for greater visibility in low light conditions.

Waterproof to IP65, the Medi-Key keyboard can be cleaned under running water, and reminders can be set to alert users to clean the keyboard regularly. The Disinfect Mode disables the keys and the touchpad during cleaning, so there is no risk of accidental data entry.
