Controller for Balloon Valves
Model:Inflatable Balloon-Type Automated Controller for Balloon Valves
Description
Hans Rudolph series of Controllers are designed for actuating Inflatable Balloon-Type Automated Directional Control Valves. Controller can be actuated to inflate or deflate valve balloons with front panel push buttons or external TTL input signals. AC and air pressure supply are required. The design of the controller maintains balloon inflation/deflation times less than 120 ms. The theory of operation involves pumping a known volume of air into the balloon. The balloon thus inflates to form a leak-free seal on the flow passage bore of the valve.
Features
• Gauge, Regulator and Filter Assembly for control of supply air.
• Pneumatic Tubing pre-assembled with positive locking quick connects.
• Manual Control on front panel with maintained type switches.
• TTL compatible for external logic actuation (TTL is transistor to transistor logic)
• Opto isolated input signals
